How does your delivery service work?

All orders are shipped through Australia Post’s express shipping service for the flat rate of $14.50. Your order will be posted within 1 – 2 business days of payment being cleared.

Delivery is free for all orders over $60.

Subscriptions

All coffee subscriptions over $40 include free shipping.

Pickup

All products and orders are available for pickup from our roastery at 7a/54 Browns Road, Kingston. If you are in the area please drop by and say hi.

Returns

You can return an item for a refund within 7 days of receiving the order. The cost of returning a product via post will be at the customers own cost. We do not offer exchanges.
